Why I Think Everyone Should Watch Frontline on PBS

Okay, Frontline probably will never be the most highly viewed show in America maybe that’s part of the problem. But for those who do watch, they realize the depth and complexity of problems we as a nation face. Whether the topic is the environment, health care debates, energy, our dual wars, corporate misdoings or 3rd world issues, I feel like I am better informed – without the drama of “personalities” and agenda. I have seen hour long interviews with the people at the heart of the biggest and most complex problems, especially during the financial meltdown in 2008. While nothing could “fix” the problem at that point, it certainly made clear the complexities of the cause, and it was far more involved than any network reporting led us to believe.
