Why dogs become part of the family
My name is Brett, and I am very fortunate to have a beautiful wife, two healthy great kids, and a wonderful 4 year old beagle named Jazz. Jazz really is part of the family. When I think of the past four years, he has been a big part of our lives. He comes on vacation with us, goes with the kids for walks (his favorite part of the day!) and is always the first one running up the slide at the park! He always greats us at the door with a cheerful disposition, and never judges us or makes our day any worse (only better). All he asks for us in return is our love. Yes, he can get on our nerves! He has a tendency to bark (especially at squirrels, which he also runs after in our backyard, but we have a retractable dog gate which helps the squirrels escape!). All in all, Jazz is a big part of our family, and we wouldn’t be the same without him.
