Insanity Reigns at Command Central
This morning, we were due to pick up a load of hay for our horse. Thanks to complications, instead I got to spend two hours working on the trailer hitch. Ever worked on a trailer hitch, in 85 degree heat, with a sixty eight year old man who has dementia problems and the use of only one arm, AND is a retired engineer? No? Trust me on this one- you might want to skip that fun time. Six hours later, the trailer still sits, disassembled, in the middle of the yard. In the meantime, an alternative has to be found for picking up hay, so that my ever cranky horse does not skip a meal.
