Finally a Sunny Sunday

Today I woke up early.  Although I was a little hung over, I was happy to see that it was sunny and hot outside.  I went back to my house and then went with my dad to the Met game.  On the way there, we stopped at Battaglia to get sandwiches.  My dad got an Italian sub and I got a turkey sandwich.  When we got to the game, it was great to see the new stadium for the first time.  It was made even better by the fact that the Mets won in walk-off fashion when Daniel Murphy doubled home Jeff Francour in the bottom of the ninth.  The Pepsi Patrol shot t-shirts into the stands and for the first time I ever, I caught one, even though some guy tried to wrestle it away from me.  All in all, it was a great day and we didn’t even get stuck in too much traffic on the way back from the game.  I also had a lobster roll for dinner which was delicious as usual.  Now I’m watching Entourage.
