Not to sound cliché- but…

Family – that’s what is important. My family is really important to me. I know that sound so much like something everyone else would say. It’s true, though. Since I’ve gotten married and had children I really don’t know what I’d be like without them. I try to make sure that my family has what they need. Being there emotionally for my kids and husband is really big on my list too. I try to make sure that my children are well rounded individual and that I give them their ‘Mommy and Me’ time. My oldest two are in school now so it’s very important that I make sure I’m available to them to talk about their day and any problems they may feel they are having. My youngest is almost two and I stay home with her. (Childcare is way to high priced.)  It can be so exhausting sometimes especially when I am going, going and going, but taking care of family is very satisfying. Too see where we’ve been, where we are, how my children are growing up. (Too fast)

Tripping to Grandma’s House

Downtown Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, United States

My fondest memories of my childhood are the times we would take to go visit family. You see my parents, sister and I lived about 14 hours away from the rest of our family. They lived in New Jersey, USA and we lived in Indiana, USA. My family moved there because my dad was in the Army.  After he got out we stayed in Indiana. Every summer, it seemed like, we would pack up the car and bring our car games, pillows, blanket, and go to New Jersey. I loved going from state to state starting with Ohio all the way to New Jersey.  I loved going through Pennsylvania most of all, though. I liked the up and down of the hills and mountains.

All things artistic

There are so many things I take interest in. I lean more to the arts, though. I am an oil painter myself. I draw, too. But for the most part I love to dance. Dance is such a great art form, in my opinion, because not only do you receive health benefits; but it is a great source of expression. I find that what I can not say in words or something else I can say through dance. My heart has always been partial to dance. I like so many different types of dance that I can’t specify any particular form that I especially am fond of. I guess that would make me more of a freestyle type of person.
